Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute virtual, hybrid, and in-person events.

• Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, speakers, and event partners.

• Manage event timelines, schedules, and operational requirements.

• Handle event registrations, attendee communications, and support.

• Collaborate with marketing and design teams for event promotions.

• Track event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.

• Conduct market research to identify event trends and opportunities.

• Prepare event reports, feedback analysis, and performance metrics.

• Ensure smooth event execution and resolve issues in real time.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in event management, event coordination, or a similar role.

• Experience handling corporate events, conferences, webinars, or exhibitions is preferred.
